The item has not arrived after a month from the order and on top of that they don't want to give me a refund.
I bought it at a low price and it works well.
I bought it because my neck wasn't good due to long-distance driving and office work. It's good for the price and I'm satisfied with its compression, but the battery only lasts about 30 minutes, which is disappointing.
